It’s not clear exactly when the two first met, but they were seen together as far back as 2014. At the time, Kardashian was still with ex-husband Kanye West, and Hamilton was dating Nicole Scherzinger. Both couples were photographed as a group at theGQMen of the Year Awards in September of that year.
